Pandemic Weight Gain
I, like many other people, have gained quite a bit of weight during the pandemic and I think it’s now about time that I start working out and I think the On Demand training is a great solution for this because I can work out at my own rate.
The only other thing that I need to do is eat right and I need help to figure out what I can and can’t eat. I would love to see a section or blog posts or something on diets to go with fitness. Is that something that is going to be on here in the future?
